Meals on Wheels of Contra Costa, Inc. 25th Anniversary Celebration/Fundraiser

Meals on Wheels of Contra Costa is celebrating their 25th Anniversary on Thursday, September 24 at 6:00 pm. The event will take place at the Pleasant Hill Community Center located at 320 Civic Drive in Pleasant Hill. Registration and silent auction will begin at 6:00 pm with h'orderves and wine tasting. Program will be emcee'd by Barbara Rodgers, EMMY Award winning newscaster. Rodgers was one of the most recognizable newscasters on CBS 5 Eyewitness News for nearly 30 years. In addition, Stagebridge, America's most acclaimed and innovative senior theater company, will perform, "Never TooLate."  The Meals on Wheels fundraiser is our major fundraiser for the year and will help raise much needed funds for hot nutritious meals for our homebound seniors. http://mowcc25thanniversary.eventbrite.com
