The Green Business Committee of the Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce is offering public tours of the Contra Costa Transfer and Recovery Station.
The Contra Costa Transfer & Recover Station, aka “The Dump,” receives 1000 tons of trash per day from central Contra Costa before sending to the landfill.
